Sync agent is not started in CUPS server
Below is the steps to start the service
Problem
CUPS enabled users do not appear in the CUPS user list.
Solution
Complete these steps in order to resolve this issue:
- From Cisco Unified Presence Administration, choose Cisco Unified Serviceability, and click Go.
- Choose Tools > Control Center – Network Services.
- However when I went to start the service I got the below message. So we will need to start with restarting the servers in this order – 2nd location (DR) – Main location – 2nd location (DR)
- Choose the Presence server. In the CUPS Services section, choose Cisco UPS Sync Agent, and click Restart
